Cipressino Villa Tuscany Flat is a cozy and typical Tuscan housing solution for two people, located near the old town of Poppi, which has been certified as one of the most beautiful villages in Italy by “I Borghi più belli d’Italia”.
At the Cipressino apartment you will be able to enjoy a vast panoramic garden and a private pool from which you can admire a breathtaking view of the Castle of Poppi.
All the major tourist attractions in Poppi can be reached on foot, however, to comfortably visit the surroundings and the most beautiful cities of Tuscany, such as Florence, Siena, Arezzo, Pisa etc., we recommend you to come with your own car that you will be able to park on site for free. The apartment is also only 2 km away from the Casentino Golf Club.
*** The apartment is available for rent only to fill in the holes in the calendar between a check-in and a check-out of the villa, so you will be the only guests in the premises and the pool will be at your exclusive disposal.
Garden and pool
The vast garden of Il Cipressino Villa is partly shaded by high trees, equipped with a table, chairs and beach chairs.
Everything you see in the pictures is at your exclusive disposal, including the pool (9 x 4 x 1.10 meters) from which a breathtaking view of the Castle of Poppi is enjoyable.
Just outside the bedroom there is a veranda covered with Virginia Creeper that provides an enchanting shadowed spot to have a meal.
Under the arcade you will find an original Garlando foosball that will make your stay much more fun.
GIARDINO
Il vastissimo giardino è attrezzato con un tavolo, sedie, ombrellone e lettini prendisole ed un salottino.
In una zona sopraelevata è presente una piscina idromassaggio riscaldata ad uso esclusivo degli ospiti, dalla quale si può godere di una strabiliante vista del Castello di Poppi e della torre dei Diavoli.

The Cipressino apartment has only one double bedroom, with the possibility of adding an extra single bed upon request and at a cost.
The room is equipped with air conditioning and a mosquito net on the French door overlooking the external veranda.
The classic and welcoming forniture includes two night tables and a 3-leaf wardrobe, inside which you will find a TV, a drying rack and a small basin to hand-wash your swimsuits or clothes.

The Cipressino apartment has a fully equipped kitchen where you will find everything you need to cook your meals: stove, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and dishwasher.
To prepare an energizing coffee in the morning you will be able to use both a typical Italian moka pot or a Lavazza a modo mio expresso coffee machine.
From the kitchen you have direct access to an external balcony with an outstanding view of the Poppi Castle.
